1. DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1. General terms of delivery

• Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories and war zones.
• Processing time: Order processing takes 2 working days from the moment of payment confirmation. The actual delivery time depends on the chosen courier service (usually 1-5 days).
• Shipping costs are not included in the price of the goods indicated on the website and is always paid by the Buyer according to the carrier's tariffs, unless otherwise specified by the promotion.

1.2. Methods of delivery in Ukraine

• Pickup from the showroom (Kyiv, 1 Alisher Navoi Ave., Mon-Fri 9:00 - 18:00)
• By new mail (to a branch, post office or address delivery)
• By post (standard or express)
• Rozetka Delivery (delivery to Rozetka stores, delivery points)

1.3. International delivery

• Carrier: International delivery is carried out by By state mail (Ukrposhta) or .
• Terms: The cost and delivery time are calculated individually.
• Payment: The order is sent under the condition 100% prepayments of the goods and the cost of delivery. International delivery is not available by cash on delivery.
• Customs payments: The buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes in the country of destination.

1.4. Receipt of goods and liability

• Test: When you receive your order, be sure to check the integrity of the packaging, appearance and completeness of the goods in the presence of a courier service representative.
• Complaints: In case of damage or shortages, make up Acceptance certificate at the carrier's office.
• Risk of loss: The ownership and risk of accidental loss/damage of the goods shall be transferred to the Buyer from the moment the Seller transfers the goods to the courier service (or from the moment of self-delivery).

2. PAYMENT TERMS.

2.1. General provisions of payment

• All prices on velma.kyiv.ua are indicated in hryvnia (UAH).
• We accept payments from individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

2.2. Available payment methods

• By cash or card in the showroom
• Cash on delivery (2% commission from the amount + 20 UAH)
• Pay by card on the website: Liqpay / Plata by Mono
• Payment via Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal
• Cashless payments: Payment to the current account by the details

Security: Payments are processed on the secure page of the payment service. We are do not store your bank card details.

3. Refunds.

• Refunds in case of return of goods or cancellation of the order are made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods by the Seller.
• The funds shall be returned by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made or to the account provided by the Buyer (in case of cash on delivery).
