We work with woolen and cotton fabrics, linen, silk and siphon, knitted fabrics, some types of workwear, and eco-leather. We specialise in garments:

The equipment is set up for light and medium fabrics. The shop is focused on producing garments for various purposes and uses, namely:

The company's production capacity is about 400 units per month (based on women's blouses), and its sewing fleet includes programmable sewing machines and automatic machines, overlocks for various purposes, special machines for buttonholes, buttons and cut pockets, professional equipment for WTO and opening.

Terms of cooperation

Minimum batch

20 units of one model, but not less than 5 in one size. For example: 10 shirts in size

The study of tailoring technology, preparation for production, division of labour, and the desire to provide a competitive price all contribute to this minimum volume.

Calculation of the cost

We carry out only if we have patterns or detailed specifications, data on fabric characteristics and the number of products in sizes

As a rule, a photograph of a product does not reflect the full complexity of the product, does not tell about the features of seam processing, changes in the collar area, does not provide information on the number of sizes, colours. In the absence of this information, it is difficult to orientate the customer on the cost of work. Therefore, the prices on the website are indicative.

Sewing a sample

We carry out on request, but the cost of work is high due to one-off tailoring

As a rule, a sample is sewn to check the fit of the product, approve patterns, study sewing technology and determine the final cost of the product. Making a sample is a costly service, a more economical option is to make a mock-up (a copy of the product from a primitive fabric)

Terms.

Using the example of an order of 20 jackets, the production time is 10 working days from the date of launching the production.

The start-up date depends on the workload of the shop at the time of delivery of the main materials and can be delayed by 2 to 30 days.
